Take time to think.

Whatever the challenge, thinking time matters. Of course you want everything done yesterday.  But trust us, just slow down for a minute. It will pay back.

Don't over complicate.
Lots of consultancies make things complicated so they sound clever.  Not us.  Simple is better.  Simple frameworks and tools. Simple language. That's it.
Challenge is good. 

Sometimes we ask difficult questions.  Not because we want to be cantankerous, but because it helps get to the heart of a challenge.

Call it as you see it.

No-one likes to be told their baby's ugly, but if we identify an issue or a real blind spot, we'll tell you.  In a nice way.

Small things matter.

A client once told us this phrase and it stuck. They said "Look after the Tiny Noticeable Things - TNT - if you don't, they can blow up."
