Our clients trust us to deliver so you must ooze credibility and be able to demonstrate your experience. You’ll also need to build strong relationships and spot new business opportunities.
Our focus is on strategy, proposition and planning, but the role is hands-on, so you’ll need to be prepared to do some of the less exciting stuff as well.
Our clients and projects are diverse – they’ll expect you to manage all aspects of the marketing mix including strategic brand and messaging development, sales and marketing collateral development, CRM and channel marketing, digital and social media, exhibitions and events – to name just a few.
We offer tremendous flexibility on how you manage your clients and your workload – as long as it works for both the client and the rest of the team!
Our offices are in Henley on Thames – a short walk from the station and there is plenty of parking available. Candidates should ideally be based locally to the office.
We have a relaxed, mature and flexible approach. We give people flexibility to manage their time (e.g. start / finish times) as long as the client / team are not compromised in doing so. We have a casual dress code.
The office is light and bright and we have nice coffee. When we’re busy there might not be lots of chat but the radio is always on!
